The Works Availability

Ground Floor

Suite 4, (7,644 sq ft) is the last available ground floor suite. It has been constructed to a ‘shell and core+’ standard, with heavy load concrete floors, castellated steel frame and the innovative ‘hollow-rib’ ceiling system that can accommodate many types of business with bespoke fit out requirements.

First Floor

Just one first floor office suite remains: Office 5 (8,932 sq ft). It is fitted out to a Cat A office specification, with raised floors, floor boxes, heating/cooling systems and high standard office lighting. The north and south elevations benefit from 37% glazing as well as significant natural light from the large central atrium.

Iconix Two

Iconix Two at Unity Campus is a single storey laboratory and office building set around a shared core with reception, WC, shower and drying facilities.

Langford Arch

Langford Arch at Unity Campus consists of a number of small office suites. The building is a three storey period office building with a communal lobby entrance and toilet facilities. There is surface parking to the front and rear of the building providing a total of three spaces per suite.

Unity Campus has an outline planning consent for delivery of a further 150,000 sq ft of inspiring lab, office and R&D accommodation. Opportunities exist for larger occupiers to combine buildings to create their own campus environment. Single buildings up to 65,000 sq ft can be delivered on readily available plots on the campus and we are ready to meet the bespoke requirements of our occupiers.
